Lots for sale!

I own 8 lots in a small subdivision in Belize between Dangriga and Hopkins. The largest lot, # 1, is directly on the Caribbean Sea. The other lots, 9 - 15, are inland behind it as you can see in the plot map. The lot which has the beachfront is 100ft wide and 200ft deep, which is quite large for a beachfront lot in Belize. The total area of the 8 lots is 2.5 acres. I am interested in selling any or all of the lots, however the majority of the value is in the one beachfront lot.

Currently there is no road access or utilities to this subdivision. The road which has been layed out on the government maps currently ends about 1.5 miles away. The fact that this land is virgin and not easily accessible makes it affordable. If there were a road to it, the price would easily be 2 or 3 times what I'm asking. These lots would be perfect for solar/wind installations since the sun shines most days and the wind blows off the water much of the time.

These lots have not been cleared. Currently scrub brush and smaller trees cover most of the land. I have planted several cocunut trees along the beach. The water tends to shallow and one can walk out quite a ways. And of course the water temperature is in the low 80s year around.
